The included browser tool works offline and creates PDF and SVG stickers using your housing company's details and prices.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe starter package also includes the board's guide (74 pages), a 15-page collection of work cards and an Excel calculator for monitoring and cost calculations.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe board's guide, work cards and Excel calculator are provided for permanent internal use by one named housing company, with no repeat charge. The resident materials are separately subject to the one-off or 12-month licence specified below. Public online publication of the complete board's guide and resale are prohibited.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFirst term: €118 = permanent guide and calculator €39 + communications materials for 12 months €79. Subsequent terms cost €79 \/ 12 months; the guide and calculator are not charged again.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePrices include applicable taxes.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe extended licence lasts 12 months for one housing company named in the confirmation. During the paid term, you may freely edit the resident materials, including text, images, prices, design, logo and translations. Printing, production and distribution are unlimited through the housing company's own channels: public website, intranet, resident portal, apps, email, noticeboards, printed materials and presentations. Materials for new residents and updates to the purchased materials and prices released during the term are included. The subscription continues and renews automatically for 12 months unless cancelled before the next term starts.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA renewal invoice is sent as an e-invoice or email invoice, according to the selected invoicing method, on the anniversary of the licence term's start every 12 months. Pay it by bank transfer using the account number and payment reference on the invoice. Payment is due 14 days from the invoice date. The card is not charged automatically. Cancel in writing before the next term starts: posti@hallitustuki.fi. The licence remains valid until the end of the current contract term.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhen you choose an invoice for the housing company, access is granted after the order is confirmed and the first 12-month term starts on the order date. Pay the invoice separately by its due date.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhen the extended licence ends, stop further editing, printing and distribution, and remove the materials and their edited versions from active online channels for residents. Printed and personal digital copies already supplied and stickers already installed do not have to be recalled or destroyed. Administrative archives, minutes, decisions, monitoring results and your own data may be retained, but the archive must not serve as an ongoing distribution channel.
