This is an ongoing subscription: it renews automatically for 12 months unless cancelled before the next term starts. A new term does not require a new order or separate renewal confirmation.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eOne housing company, all apartments\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eYou can buy the product as a private individual or on behalf of a housing company or business. The licence covers one housing company and all its apartments. When you pay online, you name the target housing company the first time you use the tool. You cannot subsequently change the target to another housing company. For an invoiced order for a housing company, the target is determined by the invoice order details. A Finnish business ID is requested only for business invoicing. The buyer’s billing details and the tool’s target housing company are separate. When acting on behalf of the housing company, you need its authorisation to edit and distribute materials. Use by several housing companies is agreed separately.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eFennoa invoicing and cancellation\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003ePay for the first order using an online payment method offered at checkout or order on invoice for the housing company. Access under a confirmed invoiced order begins before payment. The first invoice is sent separately through Fennoa as an e-invoice or to the agreed billing email address, with payment due in 14 days.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSubsequent terms are invoiced through Fennoa on the anniversary of the licence term's start. Pay the invoice by bank transfer using its account number and payment reference within 14 days of the invoice date. \u003cstrong\u003eNeither the card nor Klarna is charged automatically.\u003c\/strong\u003e The payment period does not postpone the start of the term. Failure to pay an invoice does not constitute cancellation.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCancel in writing to \u003ca href=\"mailto:posti@hallitustuki.fi\"\u003eposti@hallitustuki.fi\u003c\/a\u003e before the next term starts. Include the order number and buyer’s name, and the target housing company if it has already been named. The licence continues until the end of the current term. When the term ends, further editing, printing and distribution must stop, and the outputs must be removed from active online channels. A new content version is not promised every year. Materials you have edited do not update automatically.
