A Finnish business ID is requested only for business invoicing. The buyer’s billing details and the tool’s target housing company are separate. When acting on behalf of the housing company, you need its authorisation to edit and distribute materials. Use by several housing companies is agreed separately. Reports containing personal data must not be published in shared channels.
