The licence covers one housing company and all its apartments. When you pay online, you name the target housing company the first time you use the tool. You cannot subsequently change the target to another housing company. For an invoiced order for a housing company, the target is determined by the invoice order details. A Finnish business ID is requested only for business invoicing. The buyer’s billing details and the tool’s target housing company are separate. When acting on behalf of the housing company, you need its authorisation to edit and distribute materials. Use by several housing companies is agreed separately. Reports containing personal data must not be published in shared channels.
