Refund policy

Returns for digital products

Downloadable books, PDF and ZIP files and other digital materials have no voluntary right of return or exchange.

Orders by housing companies and businesses

Where the buyer is a housing company, business or other organisation, the consumer’s 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. No voluntary right of return or cancellation is granted. Contractual and statutory rights in the event of a defect remain in force.

Consumer’s right of withdrawal

For a distance purchase as a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from the date the agreement is concluded. Delivery of digital content may begin immediately after order confirmation with your separate express prior consent. By consenting to the start of delivery and acknowledging the loss of the right of withdrawal, you lose that right when delivery begins, provided you have received confirmation of the consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium. Payment, a download link or acceptance of general terms alone does not replace this procedure.

If your right of withdrawal remains in force, you may notify us of withdrawal at posti@hallitustuki.fi. State your name, order number and the products concerned, and clearly state that you are withdrawing from the agreement. Contact details and enquiry form.

Defects and missing delivery

The returns condition does not limit your statutory rights if materials are defective or are not delivered as agreed. If a file will not open, a delivery is missing or content differs from what was agreed, contact posti@hallitustuki.fi. State the order number and describe the problem. Defects will be remedied as required by law. Where the legal conditions are met, you may seek a price reduction or termination of the agreement.

Ending an annual subscription

The returns condition does not prevent cancellation of a future renewal period in accordance with the licence terms. The licence for the current contract period and cancellation of a future period are separate matters. Any separate continuing service is subject to the statutory rules applicable to that service.

Read the order and contract terms.
