You receive a 78-page A5 book and an Excel file for monitoring progress and calculating costs using your housing company's own figures. Use the book to plan the change and review progress after three and six months.

Also included is a 15-page collection of the book's work cards. You can print and complete the cards for your housing company's work. The work cards are covered by the book's permanent licence.
