The product includes the complete A5 book, an Excel file for monitoring and cost calculations using your housing company's own information, and a 15-page collection of work cards. You can print and complete the cards for the housing company's work.

One-off payment of €39. The purchased version of the book and Excel calculator has a permanent licence for the internal use of one named housing company. The work cards are included in this licence. There is no annual fee.

Separate notice templates, stickers, signs and the resident sorting guide are not included in this product.

You may use the book's working methods within the housing company. The licence does not include public online publication of the entire book or resale. Check your housing company's prices and local sorting instructions before implementation. Any savings depend on the starting situation and how the changes are implemented; no specific amount of savings is promised.
