The extended licence is an ongoing 12-month subscription: the materials may be published on the housing company's own website, intranet and resident portal, and printed and distributed without limits. Updates published during the term are included in the price.
With the ready-made PDFs, you add the housing company's name and contact details. When the allocation of responsibility needs to reflect the articles of association, choose the maintenance responsibility editor: it lets you change item responsibilities and explanations and create your own A3 chart, A4 notice and resident guide.
