Language of materials: English. For use in Finland. The term “housing company” refers to a Finnish asunto-osakeyhtiö.

The extended licence to use and edit the communication materials included in this bundle is an ongoing 12-month subscription. You can freely edit the materials, publish them on the housing company's website, intranet and all its other own channels, and print and distribute unlimited copies. You also receive all updates published during the licence term. The book, work cards and calculator retain their permanent licence.

Plan better sorting and put resident communications into practice with one complete set. You receive a six-month action plan for the board and all three sets of communication materials for ongoing use.

Extended licence – ongoing subscription. First term €118; subsequent terms €79 / year. The book and calculator retain their permanent licence. The subscription renews automatically for successive 12-month terms unless cancelled before the next term starts.

A renewal invoice is sent as an e-invoice or email invoice, according to the selected invoicing method, on the anniversary of the licence term's start every 12 months. Pay it by bank transfer using the account number and payment reference on the invoice. Payment is due 14 days from the invoice date. The card is not charged automatically. Cancel in writing before the next term starts: posti@hallitustuki.fi. The licence remains valid until the end of the current contract term.

If you select Invoice to the housing company, access to the materials is granted after the order is confirmed. The first 12-month term of the ongoing licence then starts on the order date. Pay the invoice separately by its due date.

The bundle includes the Better waste sorting in your housing company in six months book and Excel calculator, plus the communications package: notice templates, sticker templates and sorting signs, and the Waste sorting for every home guide.

Also included is a 15-page collection of the guide's work cards. You can print and complete the cards for your housing company's work. The work cards are covered by the book's permanent licence.

First year €118: the book and Excel file for a €39 one-off payment, plus the extended communications package at €79 / year. The purchased version of the book and Excel file has a permanent licence.

Subsequent terms €79 / year. The book and Excel file are not charged again.

An extended licence for one named housing company. The materials may be freely edited and published on the housing company's own website, intranet and resident portal. There are no limits on printouts, distribution rounds, residents or communication channels. The licence also covers email, resident apps, presentations and communication using images, audio and video. Resale and use by other housing companies are not included.

The extended licence includes an annually reviewed version of the materials and updates and new templates published during the subscription term. Price updates based on public price lists are made according to the availability of the information. Confirm the housing company's own contract prices and local practices before publication.

The extended online publication right applies to the communication materials. Public online publication of the entire main book and resale are not included. Printing, physical stickers and delivery are purchased separately.

A downloadable sticker tool is included. Open the tool in a browser on your own computer and add the housing company's details. The tool calculates annual costs and creates illustrated stickers that you can save as PDFs or SVGs. The 2026 price lists and the necessary images are included. You can also save your settings for the next use. The tool is subject to the licence terms of the product you purchase.
