A coordinated package for resident communications: a 28-page resident guide, a 12-page illustrated collection of editable notices, instructions and monitoring forms in Word and PDF, seven bin-lid stickers and corresponding A4 signs with editable SVG files. The included browser tool works offline and creates PDF and SVG stickers using your housing company's details and prices.
The starter package also includes the board's guide (80 pages), a 15-page collection of work cards and an Excel calculator for monitoring and cost calculations.
The board's guide, work cards and Excel calculator are provided for permanent internal use by one named housing company, with no repeat charge. The resident materials are separately subject to the one-off or 12-month licence specified below. Public online publication of the complete board's guide and resale are prohibited.
One-off payment of €88 = permanent guide and calculator €39 + one-off distribution of the communications materials €49. No automatic renewal.

The one-off licence covers one named housing company and one selected distribution method. Finalise one set of materials and distribute it once as paper copies or personal digital copies. For the sticker and sign materials, the licence covers one production and installation batch. Copies and stickers already distributed or installed may remain. Ongoing online publication, repeated distributions and redistribution to new residents are not included. Choose the extended licence for these uses.
When you choose an invoice for the housing company, access is granted after the order is confirmed. Pay the invoice separately by its due date.
