The package contains 11 editable notice and working templates in Word and PDF formats. Includes a launch notice, resident survey, trial invitation, implementation notice, progress update, new-resident instructions and cardboard reminder, plus templates for a board decision, maintenance work order and two follow-up summaries. There are 12 A4 pages in total, including the instructions. Add the housing company's name, its own prices and local practices.
The extended licence to use and edit your housing company's communication materials is an ongoing 12-month subscription. You can freely edit the materials, publish them on the housing company's website, intranet and all its other own channels, and print and distribute unlimited copies. You also receive all updates published during the licence term.
Explain clearly to residents what is changing in waste sorting and what to do next. Ready-made templates help you prepare the housing company's messages and instructions without starting from scratch.
Extended licence – ongoing subscription. €29 / year. The subscription renews automatically for successive 12-month terms unless cancelled before the next term starts.
A renewal invoice is sent as an e-invoice or email invoice, according to the selected invoicing method, on the anniversary of the licence term's start every 12 months. Pay it by bank transfer using the account number and payment reference on the invoice. Payment is due 14 days from the invoice date. The card is not charged automatically. Cancel in writing before the next term starts: posti@hallitustuki.fi. The licence remains valid until the end of the current contract term.
If you select Invoice to the housing company, access to the materials is granted after the order is confirmed. The first 12-month term of the ongoing licence then starts on the order date. Pay the invoice separately by its due date.

An extended licence for one named housing company. The materials may be freely edited and published on the housing company's own website, intranet and resident portal. There are no limits on printouts, distribution rounds, residents or communication channels. The licence also covers email, resident apps, presentations and communication using images, audio and video. Resale and use by other housing companies are not included.
The extended licence includes an annually reviewed version of the materials and updates and new templates published during the subscription term. Price updates based on public price lists are made according to the availability of the information. Confirm the housing company's own contract prices and local practices before publication.
The main book, sticker materials and resident guide are not included in this product.
Subscription and licence
The extended licence is an ongoing subscription that renews automatically every 12 months at the stated price per term unless cancelled before the next term starts.
When the subscription ends, further editing, printing and distribution must stop. Remove the materials from active distribution on websites, intranets, portals and other ongoing channels. Stickers already installed and paper copies and personal PDF copies already supplied may remain. Administrative archives and the housing company's own information may be retained.
Cancellation instructions and the full terms are provided before the order and in the order confirmation. Consumers retain their statutory rights.
You receive the product as a downloadable file. Any printing and postage must be ordered separately.
