The preview opens without signing in. You can edit the content and try generating outputs. All preview outputs carry a preview mark. With a purchased licence, you receive printouts and PDF files without the preview mark.
An extended licence to use and edit materials for your housing company's own channels. Edit the maintenance responsibility illustrations in your browser and distribute the outputs to all apartments. Ongoing subscription €99 / year.
Maintenance responsibilities using your housing company's own information
Edit the colours and explanations in the home maintenance responsibility illustrations using information checked by your housing company. View the statutory starting point alongside your housing company's own version, record the basis for each change and compile clear instructions for residents.
Three PDF outputs from one workspace
- A3 maintenance responsibility chart: choose up to four rooms for one chart.
- A4 room notice: an illustration of the selected room, explanations of the items and your own message to residents.
- A5 resident guide: all five rooms with the same edits, a comparison with the starting point, responsibility tables and contact details. Longer content continues on additional pages.
Includes the kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room and entrance hall, balcony and apartment sauna. Choose an existing item or mark your own area, then add its name, responsibility designation, explanation and supporting document reference.
Extended licence – €99 / year
Unlimited edits, versions, printouts and distributions during the term. Publish the outputs on the named housing company's own website, intranet and resident portal, send them personally, or print and distribute paper copies. The housing company's own public website and new residents moving in during the term are also covered.
The first and subsequent 12-month terms cost €99 per term, including VAT at 25.5%. The first term starts on the confirmed order date. This is an ongoing subscription: it renews automatically for 12 months unless cancelled before the next term starts. A new term does not require a new order or separate renewal confirmation.
One housing company, all apartments
You can buy the product as a private individual or on behalf of a housing company or business. The licence covers one housing company and all its apartments. When you pay online, you name the target housing company the first time you use the tool. You cannot subsequently change the target to another housing company. For an invoiced order for a housing company, the target is determined by the invoice order details. A Finnish business ID is requested only for business invoicing. The buyer’s billing details and the tool’s target housing company are separate. When acting on behalf of the housing company, you need its authorisation to edit and distribute materials. Use by several housing companies is agreed separately.
Fennoa invoicing and cancellation
Pay for the first order using an online payment method offered at checkout or order on invoice for the housing company. Access under a confirmed invoiced order begins before payment. The first invoice is sent separately through Fennoa as an e-invoice or to the agreed billing email address, with payment due in 14 days.
Subsequent terms are invoiced through Fennoa on the anniversary of the licence term's start. Pay the invoice by bank transfer using its account number and payment reference within 14 days of the invoice date. Neither the card nor Klarna is charged automatically. The payment period does not postpone the start of the term. Failure to pay an invoice does not constitute cancellation.
Cancel in writing to posti@hallitustuki.fi before the next term starts. Include the order number and buyer’s name, and the target housing company if it has already been named. The licence continues until the end of the current term. When the term ends, further editing, printing and distribution must stop, and the outputs must be removed from active online channels. Archive copies and personal copies already distributed may be retained; charts and notices previously placed on a noticeboard may remain on display.
Content updates during the licence term
The term includes content updates that Hallitustuki publishes for this product during the term. A new content version is not promised every year. Materials you have edited do not update automatically. The subscription does not include monitoring changes in legislation, reviewing the housing company's documents or legal advice on individual cases.
Editing in your browser
Use the tool in an up-to-date browser; we recommend a computer for more extensive editing. Outputs are generated as PDFs. The workspace remains in the browser used and does not move automatically to another device. Clearing browser data may delete unfinished work. Save the completed PDF to your own device.
Include checked supporting information in the instructions
Responsibility designations are based on information checked by the housing company; editing an illustration does not change responsibility under the law or the articles of association. The tool does not automatically check documents, the validity of agreements or maintenance responsibility for a property. The housing company checks the designations and explanations before distribution.
