Limited licence – €59 one-off payment

60 days of editing and exporting, plus one distribution round. The period starts on the confirmed order date. Finalise one set of content for one housing company and generate your chosen charts, notices and resident guide.

When ordering, choose either one paper production and distribution batch or distribution of personal PDF copies. The purchase covers the selected method, not both. There are no limits on copies or recipients within the named housing company. Missing copies and failed deliveries within the same round may be corrected.

The set finalised during the editing period may be distributed in this single round even after the editing period ends. Recipients' personal copies, the company's archive copy and charts and notices already displayed may remain. A later content version or distribution round requires a new licence. Ongoing publication on a website, intranet or resident portal requires the extended licence. The one-off payment does not renew automatically. The price includes VAT at 25.5%.

One housing company, all apartments

You can buy the product as a private individual or on behalf of a housing company or business. The licence covers one housing company and all its apartments. When you pay online, you name the target housing company the first time you use the tool. You cannot subsequently change the target to another housing company. For an invoiced order for a housing company, the target is determined by the invoice order details. A Finnish business ID is requested only for business invoicing. The buyer’s billing details and the tool’s target housing company are separate. When acting on behalf of the housing company, you need its authorisation to edit and distribute materials. Use by several housing companies is agreed separately.

Payment and access

Pay using an online payment method offered at checkout or choose Invoice to the housing company. The invoice is sent separately through Fennoa using the supplied billing details, with payment due in 14 days. A confirmed invoiced order grants access before the invoice is paid. Access instructions are provided in the manner stated with the order.

Editing in your browser

Use the tool in an up-to-date browser; we recommend a computer for more extensive editing. Outputs are generated as PDFs. The workspace remains in the browser used and does not move automatically to another device. Clearing browser data may delete unfinished work. Save the completed PDF to your own device.

Include checked supporting information in the instructions

Responsibility designations are based on information checked by the housing company; editing an illustration does not change responsibility under the law or the articles of association. The tool does not automatically check documents, the validity of agreements or maintenance responsibility for a property. The housing company checks the designations and explanations before distribution.
