The extended licence to use and edit the materials allows you to publish the resident guide on the housing company's website, intranet and resident portal, and to print and distribute unlimited copies by email and on paper during the term. The ongoing 12-month subscription costs €49 / year. Updates published during the term are included in the price.

Towards better everyday life in your housing company is an illustrated 20-page A5 resident guide presenting shared practices in an accessible format. Clear instructions help residents find the right course of action and contact person when everyday questions arise.

The guide covers peaceful living, house rules, disturbance and fault reports, updating resident information and notifying the housing company of apartment renovations. Use it both to introduce new residents to the building and to review shared practices.

You receive the guide as a PDF. Images of forms in the guide illustrate reporting practices. Fillable PDF forms for residents and the Word house-rules template are available in Forms and notices for your housing company.

Extend your housing company's communications

With an extended licence for Hallitustuki's notices package you receive professional notices ready to use. Freely adapt the templates to the housing company's needs and distribute completed notices on websites, intranets, resident portals, by email and on paper. The licence covers unlimited distribution through one housing company's own channels during the term and all updates published during that term.

Licence and renewal

The subscription covers one named housing company and renews every 12 months at €49. You may adapt the supplied templates to the housing company's needs and distribute them through all its own channels during the term. A service provider may process the materials on the housing company's behalf; the licence does not extend to other client companies.

Cancel the subscription before the next term starts by emailing posti@hallitustuki.fi. The licence remains valid until the end of the current term. When the subscription ends, further editing, printing and distribution must stop, and the materials must be removed from active online channels. Archive copies and personal copies already distributed may be retained; notices previously installed may remain on display.

Delivery and invoicing

You receive access instructions by email with the order confirmation. The guide is supplied as a downloadable PDF. A verified invoiced order for a housing company grants access before the invoice is paid.

The first order is paid using an online payment method offered by the store or invoiced separately through Fennoa as an e-invoice or to the agreed billing email address. Renewals are invoiced separately through Fennoa; the card is not charged automatically.

The licence is for one named housing company. Enter the name of the housing company receiving the licence. Reports containing personal data must not be published in shared channels. Resale of the materials and distribution as a general template library are not included.
