House-rules tool – extended licence (12 months) | French

Language of materials: French. For use in Finland. The term “housing company” refers to a Finnish asunto-osakeyhtiö.

Create house rules in your browser and keep them up to date throughout the licence term. The extended licence to use and edit the materials covers publication of the tool's outputs on the housing company's website, intranet and resident portal, plus unlimited printing and distribution by email and on paper during the term. The ongoing 12-month subscription costs €69 / year. Updates published during the term are included in the price.

Prepare your housing company's own house rules in your browser without a separate installation. Add the housing company's name and contact details, choose suitable topics and adapt the text to its practices. Finally, record the details of the approval decision.

The tool generates four PDF outputs from the same information:

• A4 house rules.
• An illustrated A3 summary.
• Resident notice.
• A proposed decision for the housing company's consideration.

Materials under preparation are marked as drafts. The tool helps compile a proposal; the housing company checks the content and makes the approval decision.

Licence and renewal

The subscription covers one named housing company and renews every 12 months at €69. You may adapt the supplied templates to the housing company's needs and distribute them through all its own channels during the term. A service provider may process the materials on the housing company's behalf; the licence does not extend to other client companies.

Cancel the subscription before the next term starts by emailing posti@hallitustuki.fi. The licence remains valid until the end of the current term. When the subscription ends, further editing, printing and distribution must stop, and the materials must be removed from active online channels. Archive copies and personal copies already distributed may be retained; notices previously installed may remain on display.

Open your purchased house-rules tool and sign in with the email address used for the order. The tool is available throughout the valid licence term. Generate and save PDF outputs in your browser. Work in progress is saved in the browser you use.

Delivery and invoicing

You receive access instructions by email with the order confirmation. The house-rules tool runs in your browser and lets you generate and save PDF outputs. A verified invoiced order for a housing company grants access before the invoice is paid.

The first order is paid using an online payment method offered by the store or invoiced separately through Fennoa as an e-invoice or to the agreed billing email address. Renewals are invoiced separately through Fennoa; the card is not charged automatically.

You can buy the product as a private individual or on behalf of a housing company or business. The licence covers one housing company and all its apartments. When you pay online, you name the target housing company the first time you use the tool. You cannot subsequently change the target to another housing company. For an invoiced order for a housing company, the target is determined by the invoice order details. A Finnish business ID is requested only for business invoicing. The buyer’s billing details and the tool’s target housing company are separate. When acting on behalf of the housing company, you need its authorisation to edit and distribute materials. Use by several housing companies is agreed separately. Reports containing personal data must not be published in shared channels. Resale of the materials and distribution as a general template library are not included.
