The extended licence covers distribution to all apartments in the housing company, publication on the housing company’s own website, intranet and resident portal, and unlimited printouts and digital distributions. The ongoing 12-month subscription also includes updates published during the licence term. Price 29,00 € / year.

When a fault occurs at home, the first question is often the same: who should be told, and who is responsible for repairs? Hallitustuki’s illustrated material helps identify the starting point for allocating responsibility. Blue indicates the housing company’s responsibility and orange the shareholder’s. WHAT DOES THE LICENCE COVER?

1. Extended licence for all of one housing company’s own channels The extended licence is an ongoing 12-month subscription for one housing company named in the order. The price covers all apartments in the housing company and is not a price per copy or per apartment. During the term, the material may be published on the housing company’s own website, intranet and resident portal, sent digitally, and printed and distributed without quantity limits in the housing company’s own communications. The material may also be distributed to new residents moving in during the term. The housing company’s own website may be public. The licence does not permit distributing the material for other housing companies’ use, reselling it or publishing it as a general resource library.

2. Licence term and ongoing subscription The first 12-month licence term starts on the date of the confirmed order. The subscription automatically continues for successive 12-month terms unless terminated before the next term starts. A new term does not require a new order or a separate renewal confirmation. The next term starts on the anniversary of the start of the licence term. The payment period does not postpone the start of the licence term.

3. First payment and Fennoa invoices The first order may be paid using an online payment method available in the store or ordered on invoice for the housing company. For invoiced orders, the material becomes available after the order is confirmed, even before the invoice is paid. The first invoice is sent from Fennoa as an e-invoice or email invoice according to the billing details supplied by the customer. Payment is due 14 days from the invoice date. A card or Klarna purchase does not create an automatic annual charge.

Subsequent 12-month terms are invoiced through Fennoa on the anniversary of the start of the licence term. The invoice must be paid through a bank using the invoice’s account number and payment reference by the due date. Payment is due 14 days from the invoice date. Neither the card nor Klarna is charged automatically. Failure to pay the invoice does not constitute termination and does not remove the obligation to pay for the agreed term.

4. Updates during the licence term The term includes new content versions of this product published by Hallitustuki during the licence term. Hallitustuki sends the update to the email address provided by the subscriber or gives instructions on where to download the new version. The housing company is responsible for replacing the file in its own distribution channels. The PDF does not update itself. A new version is not promised every year. The subscription does not include automatic monitoring of legislative changes, a review of responsibilities for a specific property or legal advice on individual cases.

5. Termination and expiry of the term The subscription may be terminated in writing to posti@hallitustuki.fi before the next term starts. Include the order number and housing company name. The licence continues until the end of the current contract term. After the term ends, no new distribution rounds or printouts may be made, and the material must be removed from the housing company’s website, intranet and resident portal. Publication in any ongoing distribution channel also ends. The housing company may retain an archive copy. Personal PDF and paper copies already distributed do not need to be recalled, and charts and notices placed on noticeboards may remain on display.

IMPORTANT BEFORE USE

The material provides general guidance on the starting points for maintenance responsibility. The housing company’s articles of association, alterations carried out, the background to installations and other circumstances of an individual case may affect the division of responsibility. The material is not a decision on responsibility for a specific housing company and does not replace investigating the situation. Tenants also report faults to their landlord in accordance with the instructions for their tenancy.

DELIVERY AND PRICE

29,00 € / year; the same price applies to the first and subsequent terms. Delivery is digital: physical printed products, postage and distribution to apartments are not included in the price. For housing company orders on invoice, the files become available after the order is confirmed, even before the invoice is paid. Other purchases are delivered according to the store’s checkout process.
