When a fault occurs at home, the first question is often the same: who should be told, and who is responsible for repairs? WHAT DOES THE LICENCE COVER?

1. Perpetual use in your own home The purchased content version may be saved and retained permanently for the personal use of one household. Household members may read the material on their own devices and print it for their own use. This is not a right for a housing company to distribute the material collectively. The purchase is a one-off payment and does not renew automatically.

2. Distribution limits and updates The file or copies of it must not be distributed to other households, published on websites, an intranet, a resident portal or social media, or resold. Distribution to a housing company’s residents requires a product intended for a housing company. The price does not include future content versions or an update service.

IMPORTANT BEFORE USE

The material provides general guidance on the starting points for maintenance responsibility. The housing company’s articles of association, alterations carried out, the background to installations and other circumstances of an individual case may affect the division of responsibility. The material is not a decision on responsibility for a specific housing company and does not replace investigating the situation. Tenants also report faults to their landlord in accordance with the instructions for their tenancy.

DELIVERY AND PRICE

11,90 € one-off payment. Delivery is digital: physical printed products, postage and distribution to apartments are not included in the price. For housing company orders on invoice, the files become available after the order is confirmed, even before the invoice is paid. Other purchases are delivered according to the store’s checkout process.
