The price of 19,00 € covers one selected distribution round to all apartments in the housing company. It is not a price per copy or per apartment. Choose either paper printouts or personal PDF distribution.

When a fault occurs at home, the first question is often the same: who should be told, and who is responsible for repairs? WHAT DOES THE LICENCE COVER?

1. One distribution round for the entire housing company The licence covers one housing company named in the order and one coordinated distribution round of the purchased content version. The price covers distribution rights for all apartments in the housing company. It is not a price per copy or per apartment. The same distribution round may include the housing company’s residents and shareholders, with no limit on the number of recipients.

2. Choose either paper or PDF When ordering, choose either paper printouts or personal PDF distribution as the format for the one-off distribution. The one-off purchase covers the selected distribution method, not both. With the paper option, the housing company may commission and distribute one agreed print run and display the charts and notices included in it on its own noticeboards. With the PDF option, the material may be sent personally to recipients, for example by email; no ongoing download service may be provided.

3. Arranging distribution and retaining copies The board, property manager or maintenance company may distribute the material on the housing company’s behalf. A printer may be given the file needed for the job solely to produce that print run. Failed deliveries and missing copies may be remedied within the same distribution round. The housing company may retain an archive copy, and recipients may keep the personal copies they received. A chart or notice already displayed may remain on the noticeboard.

4. A new distribution round and online channels The purchase does not renew automatically and does not include future content versions. A later distribution round, for example for new residents, requires a new one-off distribution purchase or an extended licence. One-off distribution does not permit publishing the material as a continuously downloadable file on the housing company’s website, intranet or resident portal. The right must not be transferred to another housing company.

IMPORTANT BEFORE USE

The material provides general guidance on the starting points for maintenance responsibility. The housing company’s articles of association, alterations carried out, the background to installations and other circumstances of an individual case may affect the division of responsibility. The material is not a decision on responsibility for a specific housing company and does not replace investigating the situation. Tenants also report faults to their landlord in accordance with the instructions for their tenancy.

DELIVERY AND PRICE

19,00 € one-off payment. Delivery is digital: physical printed products, postage and distribution to apartments are not included in the price. For housing company orders on invoice, the files become available after the order is confirmed, even before the invoice is paid. Other purchases are delivered according to the store’s checkout process.
